I have to agree … I have to agree with you…
These JAPONESQUE palettes are the bests! But the price it’s insane!!! It’s just plastic!
I got 2 from Camera Ready cosmetics , cause here in Toronto it’s really hard to find them…
And when you find it, it’s too much expensive…
I think i ‘ll try the Coastal Scents empty palettes.
I’ve already bought one for pressed my Mac pigments and it really works well.
You should try!
Perhaps you should … Perhaps you should have taken a couple more reads at my comment prior to writing yours. Take the time to do so now before making another one.
Sorry - just some … Sorry - just some more info: the plastic containers are where fishermen typically place their hooks and such… or maybe even bait (*barf). lol
My old teacher goes … My old teacher goes to any fisherman’s store and buys those clear, durable plastic containers (sectioned) that come in a variety of sizes and fills them with her foundations, lipsticks, etc. Just a suggestion I have to go there myself soon because I’m lugging around my RCMA 16-color palette. It’s not huge, but I can definitely downsize to make space.
Definitely check … Definitely check out Japonesque. All the makeup professionals that I know use them. They may not be cheap, but they’re cheaper in the sense that you get what you’re paying for. It’s plastic, but they’re very well made. It’s not the same to pay 50 pounds for crappy plastic, than pay 40 pounds for high quality palettes.
Questions!? 1: do … Questions!? 1: do the lipstick color transfer onto eachother when you close the pallete? 2: what do you do when your client wants to know the color of the lip color?
As the people said … As the people said here, Japnesque has really good palettes and much cheaper than Screenface ones. Another label with good and cheap palettes is Kryolan.
also japonesque … also japonesque sells one called a pro pallette & a lipstick pallette, both of which is exactly the same
The JAPONESQUE 35-Well Pro Palette has 35 deep compartments (14 large and 21 medium). The palette includes a white center divider attached with 2 short hinges. 6-1/2″ x 4″ x 1″

they say you can … they say you can buy the new coastal scent5s 88 color lip palette to melt you lip sticks in (after you use the existing product- also try checking out EnKores videos he has great videos on recycling house hold products to make your own palettes - like a case for organizing craft bead for instance - or try in a valentines chocolate box!
Yikes, I know what … Yikes, I know what you mean about those lip palettes. They’re total garbage, and it boggles the mind that they’re so expensive. Highway robbery! You should at least get someone in the US to pick them up for you. I’ve purchased 2 at the Makeup Show in NYC and they’re about $30. Still absolutely absurd, but definitely better than 50 quid!
Have you seen yaby … Have you seen yaby cosmetics? they have everything in pallets, they eyeshadows are lovely and very pigmented. They also have empty pallets that you can just put anything inside as they have magnets. I love they way of storing it’s so easy keep clean.
…or, I just saw a … …or, I just saw a video on here where a girl glued her eyeshadow pans into a clear CD case which is a great idea as you can see all the colours through the lid! fab
