You can get the same results using a brow brush and a cotton ball, there’s a video somewhere ere on YouTube about it. I don’t remember who made it but it literally does the exact same thing.

I like how it would give a “Wow!” factor to your eyelashes. But I think it’d only would look good from far away. For me, I wouldn’t want my eyelashes to look like they’re fraying up close. The fibers obviously make them look that way, but sorry, I don’t really like it.
