If you take good …
If you take good care of them they can be used quite a few times! I wear them everday and a pair can last up to about, id say 10 uses then they kinda start looking kinda sad. If there applied correctly it wont hurt to take them off and you just start at one end and gentlly pull till it’s off. And ALWAYS put them back in there case! They can be kinda scary but once you start using them you will get used to it. Hope this helped ! =D

ohh and i forgot to say, always take off the old glue leaving a clean strip before putting even more glue the next time you wear them or they look really awfull.
