The way she is …
The way she is lining (with a brush) is normal. I wear all Napoleon Perdis makeup personally, and they have a liquid sealer, which makes every single one of their loose powders a water proof liner. I can then go over the tips of my eye lashes with any colour after mascara. So I might have ends on my eye lashes or what ever. It’s great fun- and looks amazing.
