you can use the lasso to select around one eye incluce brow and under the eye skin too, then Control J to jump it to a new layer. Then Edit Transform-Flip horizontal and move it over the other eye. Add a layer mask to soften the blend

You say shame on me for now doing research first?!I have a saying Mama, it says, Condemnation before investigating is a terrible thing. Instead of insulting me, why not ask what I meant by my comment. By saying shame you charge,I meant that is is a shame you charge for that item as I cannot afford to buy it eventhough I would love to.
