Nottambula, try a lavender lid, light pink highlight and purple crease. That should work with your delicate skin tone.

Anytime! I had a friend with very round eyebrows, and lower than other people have.. she always tried something with a “tail” at the end, like wayne here did (Thank yooouuu).. But that shape soooo did not(!) fit her… She needed something to follow her natural face structure
