What kind of makeup should you wear to the gym?

Personally, I only wear a little eyeliner and some lip gloss, but I see some women comming in with full on makeup and hair done. Idk why this sorta bothers me, its just that their makeup runs at the end of their workout and it doesnt look pretty.
So what are your views?

Just the question ALONE sounds wrong. lol Personally, I think none is best, when exercising, because sweat and make-up are two things that don't mix well, and you just clog your pores with make-up, so how is the sweat supposed to release from your face..?? That's so bad for your skin. Some woman come in with their faces fully done up, and it looks so ridiculous. It just shows that they are so insecure of themselves, that they can't even exercise without make-up.
But I guess lip gloss and eyeliner are subtle enough that a woman can still work out hard AND feel somewhat attractive at the same time. lol
I think some woman today have become SO dependent on make-up to 'appear' attractive, that they can't go anywhere without it… which is sad. I personally prefer a natural-looking woman, myself, and i'm sure most males do. No one likes a butter-face. lol

none its just gonna sweat off anyways.
thats dumb.
a lil eyeliner & lipgloss is good.
dont over do it like them.
haha.

None. that is dumb

i dont think you should wear anything except lip gloss

if you're going to wear anything, wear cover up.

If I've been wearing make-up throughout the day I bring face wash to the gym and wash it off before my work out. I might wear some chapstick though.

I wouldn't wear any but if you do wear bare minerals or anything oil free.

dont wear makeup to the gym at all
at all at all at all
you sweat from out of your pores, so in order for you to sweat, your pores open up.. when you have makeup on your face and open pores, your pores will get clogged with makeup and there you go.. blackheads and even pimples. dont do it. please dont do it . its like the worst thing ever for your skin . and it would run anyways..

good @ life .
just lip gloss.

Go in full cosmetics, hair just done… Also, wear heels and a mini-skirt.

Minimal to none. Not only will it sweat off, but it will also clog your pores.

None is my initial answer. But if you must, I find the mineral powder makeups are ideal for these situations. They won't clog pores they actually let them breathe and they stay on well with the sweating. I use Sheer Cover minerals when I want to cover redness from acne when going to the gym. However it's more attractive to not care when going to the gym and where nothing, although I feel for ya and have a back up, Sheer Cover, in those times I feel the need.

dont wear makeup. but you can wear mascara, eyeliner, lipgloss, and eyeshadow if you NEED makeup.

My gym has a LADIES ONLY section, our own stuff just for ladies and everything else in the main gym for either men or women. In the LADIES ONLY few ladies wear makeup, and if any, very little. The ladies outside in the both sexes area of wear makeup, well some do and some are full faced. I like the LADIES ONLY section, I don't have to worry about how I look.

none, your going to work out, not a beauty pageant. Get real.

you shouldnt wear makeup to the gym.
i think women try way too hard to get attention. guys are going to think "why is she wearing makeup to the gym, that's dumb" so if you're trying to look good while you work out, do it with your body, save the makeup for nights out.
lip gloss serves a purpose so it's an exception =]

if it was morning and I didn't have any makeup on yet then I wouldn't put any on but if it was the middle/end of the day and I already had some makeup on I'd leave it on. After working out i'd take a shower and wash my face and then put my makeup on.

None. It's stupid and pointless.

actually its useless to wear makeup while hitting the gym, but if u want u can use waterproof makeup, just put concealer, a powder and a tint blush and lip gloss and your ready.. less is better!!

You wear makeup to the gym?
References :
I would say nothing at all. No lip gloss or eyeliner. Maybe lip balm, if that's even considered makeup.

I wouldn't wear anything to the gym. I mean it isn't like there is anything attractive about you while you are sweating profusely anyway.
It all would run and be gross - not to mention it clogs your pores giving you breakouts and stuff - not pretty.
Chapstick is a must though (:

dont wear any but if you must then get one thats sweat proof and wash your face as soon as your done

none u just sweat it off

If you want to wear make up ( like alot of it ) to the gym, I would suggest waterproof makeup so that you don't sweat it off and so that i doesn't look bad. If you don't like the idea of waterproof makeup, try lip gloss and maybe a little bit of eyeshadow..
Glad 2 help!
