I don't really wear much now but when I go into 8th grade I want to start wearing some light makeup beacause like everyone does now. I don't want to look like a slut but I also want to look more mature. I have light brown/dirty blonde long hair and my skin tone is pretty tan but kind of light also. And I have blue eyes. Does anyone have any tips on how much and what type of makeup and makeup techniques I could start using?
I luv beaty and makeup so does anyone have any makeup tips or hairstyles that are really cute. Thanks so much!

My eyes are green in case you can't tell… but uhmm. they turn blue if im wearing blue.
