pleas be specific! dont say something general like “mascara, eyeliner, foundation…”

What products can i find in a drug store, preferably CVS to keep my eye makeup looking fresh?
I dont exactly have access to other places and i live near a CVS.
Any suggested products?
It would have to withstand 7 hours, before to after school.

I usually just add powder to my nose and cheeks. But if I am feeling really girly or having a good hair day, I wear powder, dab some brownish/goldish eyeshadow on my lids, and put on some mascara. I never wear eyeliner, it doesn't look right. What about you? Do you wear makeup at all?
**And I usually buy NYC, New York Color products.
Yeah I couldn't wear makeup until freshman year, my mom was really picky about me and makeup.

I am on a tight budget, but I'm looking for good-quality makeup products. Are the foundations/powders good? Also their smooth skin liquid foundation is only $2.99, but is it good? I'm willing to splurge a little on foundation, though. However, an opinion is always liked for quality of the foundation.
Also, their eyeliners are only .99, deal or dud? I usually don't wear eyeliner and it's only for special nights when i go out. Your opinion?
( i don't care too much for lipstick/gloss or eyeshadows)
